HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Orders from our store typically ship within 7 to 14 business days. For international orders, transit will take an additional 1 to 2 weeks. For more information please view our shipping policy
If your order hasn't arrived after two weeks, please contact us and we will look into the details.

MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN'T WORKING.

Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact us.

HOW SECURE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We strictly adhere to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our store.
Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

CAN I MODIFY OR COMBINE MY ORDER?

Any changes made after an order has been placed cannot be guarantee. However, we will do our best to accommodate them. Please email us at support@ieebee.com for any modification requests on: shipping address, shipping name, email, phone number, item change, combination of several orders etc. We are not responsible for any undeliverable packages due to wrong address.

WHEN WILL MY CARD BE CHARGED?

Just after your order has been successfully placed.

DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

We ship to most countries around the world! Proceed to our checkout page and you will be able to select your country/region when you enter your address.

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $49 USD. For orders below $49, there will be a shipping fee depending on your specific address. You will see the exact shipping options on the checkout page.

HOW CAN I PAY?

We accept most major credit cards and PayPal for payment.

Our prices are listed in USD, but you are able to pay with your local currency and either your bank/credit card or PayPal will automatically convert the price for you.

We operate online, so unfortunately we cannot accept cash. For security reasons we don't accept payment over the phone.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Ieebee, that’s why we offer a 30-day return & exchange policy. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 30 days from the delivery date.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  1. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
  3. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
  4. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
  5. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
  6. For exchanges or resizing, if your location falls within a remote area, you may be responsible for remote fees due to geographical constraints. We will notify you in advance of any applicable fees, allowing you to make an informed decision.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Returns will be processed within 5 days upon receiving your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account as you requested.

Self Service Return & Exchange Instructions

Step 1: Initiate your return

Send email to support@ieebee.com tell the item(s) you want to return.

Step 2: Receive return notification email

Once you initiate your return (Step 1), you will receive an email titled “Notification of Your Return Progress from Ieebee” within 48 hours. Within this email, you’ll receive the further return instructions.

Step 3: Pack & Ship the item(s)

Enclose a copy of your return with the order number, full name and email address. Package should be shipped pre-paid through a traceable method.

Step 4: Upload return tracking number

Remember to send the return tracking number to support@ieebee.com once the package is shipped back.

We typically process returns/exchanges within 3 days upon receiving your package.

ARE YOUR WASHI TAPES SAFE FOR KIDS?

Rest assured, our washi tape is crafted free from hazardous chemicals like phthalates and lead, allowing your little ones to embrace their creativity without risk.
We want you to feel safe when using our washi tape, so we regularly conduct new tests to ensure each of our products is safe for children (and adults).
If you would like more information about our current safety standards, or request specific test results, please contact us.
We recommend adult supervision during use to ensure young children's safety, and to prevent the tape from becoming an unintended chewing object.

HELP - I'M MISSING ITEMS FROM MY ORDER.

If you're missing a box or two from your order, don't sweat just yet! The first step we'll need you to take is to check your phone - Not only do we send you a text when your order leaves our warehouse, we also send you a sneaky text when your items are delivered!

Sometimes there are situations where we cannot able deliver all the items in one go. If this is the case, you should receive a text to let you know that your other items are still on their way and receive an updated ETA for any remaining items. You can also use your tracking to keep an eye on where the remaining boxes are!

If your delivery has been marked as complete and you're still missing something, the best step here is to get in touch with our Customer Service team so we can investigate where that missing box may be!

The easiest way is to contact us - please include the following information in your request:

Order Number (or email address used to place the order);
What items/SKUs you've received; and
What items/SKUs you're missing
Having this information handy helps to speed up the process so we're able to get the remaining items to you as quickly as we can!
